Rodriquez Cantieri Navali (RCN) is the parent company of Rodriquez Yachts and is headquartered in Messina, Sicily. RCN constructs ships with speed, reliability and comfort for private individuals and shipping companies worldwide.

Since 1956, RCN has built more than 250 ships, including fast ferries (both monohulls and catamarans), hydrofoils, and patrol boats that can be found in 24 countries around the world. Fast patrol boats and hydrographic vessels are a few examples of the wide range of Intermarine's products. Rodriquez Marine System, headquartered in La Spezia, designs and builds auxiliary on board systems including, monitoring and control systems, hydraulic systems, and stabilizationsystems. Rodriquez Marine Systems is emerging as a leader in the supply of such systems to some of the leading yards around the world.
