BRB YACHTS EXPANDS OPERATIONS AND SALES TO SOUTH AMERICA

Coral Gables, FL - January 4, 2007 - South Florida-basedBRB Yachts, importer and dealer of Italian-made luxury yachts and catamarans, is expanding into South America in an effort to better serve the area's growing number of luxury yacht buyers. The announcement was made by BRB Yachts Owner and President Daniel Berrebi. Plans call for an initial expansion in Venezuela and Baja, Mexico, where BRB Yachts has experienced the greatest demand for its luxury lines.

BRB Yachts has named Caracas, Venezuela-based Unique Yacht as sales and after service agent in Venezuela, while La Paz, Mexico-based BF Yachting will serve yachting enthusiasts throughout he entire Baja Peninsula. BYB Yachts will continue to expand throughout South America over the next twelve months.

"We decided to launch the South American expansion in Venezuela and Baja because these areas have a growing number of high-net worth individuals, and we have experienced a high demand for our lines," Berrebi said. "I am very pleased with the reception the BRB Yachts' lines have received in the U.S., and I am confident that the launch in South America will have similar success."

BRB Yachts brought Rodriquez Yachts' internationally acclaimed designs to the U.S. for the first time last spring, and last month announced a similar agreement with VG Yachts, manufacturer of the anticipated VG-60ft Powercat. Rodriquez Yachts, known internationally for combining technological innovation and classic Italian style, range from 50 to 220 feet. The newest models, the Rodriquez 680 WideBody and Rodriquez 800 Sport, which are currently under construction at Rodriquez's Italian shipyard, will make their U.S. debut in mid-2007. The VG-60ft Powercat is currently being built at the new dockyard facilities of V.G. Shipyard Yacht in Mondolfo (PU), Italy, and will debut at the Miami Boat Show in February 2007. All models are currently available for order through BRB Yachts.
