She is only 18 meters long but has a roominess comparable with much larger yachts. The 600 WideBody is the starting point for the full beam concept, a design philosophy at Rodriquez Yachts. Produced entirely in reinforced fiberglass with a CE category A stamp at the Naples yard, the 600 WideBody is delivered, as with all Rodriquez Yachts, fully equipped.
Eliminate the side corridors on the main deck. Go to the bow directly from the fly bridge. This is the WideBody concept. The result--an upper sun deck out of the ordinary and which is a real third deck: three big sun pads, the bar with bimini top, excellent visibility for the skipper and the maximum maneuverability.
Via the telescopic and remote controlled gangway, you arrive in the aft cockpit that has a large table suitable for a delightful breakfast. The built-in sofa can be hydraulically lifted to facilitate the launching and retrieving of the tender which is normally stowed out of sight. The perfectly insulated engine room is of ample proportions so as to make maintenance operations on the powerful twin 775 hp Volvo Penta or MAN diesel engines a breeze.
A very well proven deep V hull and 1550 HP give the 600 WideBody near perfect sea-keeping, a characteristic of all Rodriquez Yachts boats even during the worst sea conditions. 3,000 liter structurally integrated fuel tanks provide a range of more than 400 miles at a cruising speed of 30 knots. And for those in a hurry, 33 knots is the maximum speed.
The cornerstone of the design is the amplitude of space onboard. An impressive salon, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate conversation area close to the pilot station--all this and more within 18 meters and a full beam design. Parquet flooring, quality upholstery, all furniture made of marine plywood with varnished cherry wood surfaces. Incomparable space and a great attention to detail are the distinctive elements of the Rodriquez Yachts 600 WideBody.
The owner's cabin is forward. The king size bedroom with private bathroom allows for the creation of space otherwise unimaginable. Closets, drawers, a bathroom fully equipped. Each of the two double guest cabins has its own private bathroom. The crew cabin is located in the extreme forward.
The synergies available at the Rodriquez yards and the capabilities of its engineering offices allow Rodriquez to build any kind of luxury yacht based on a client's specific design. Rodriquez can offer all its experience and facilities to help produce a truly world class yacht.
